Shipping & Delivery

All shipments are FedEx unless otherwise stated in the item descriptions. Freight is prepaid (FedEx Ground) on single combined shipments of 3 cases or more in the contiguous United States only. Shipments of less than 3 cases and shipments outside of the contiguous United States will be calculated by FedEx depending on box dimensions and weight. Shipping cost for POP items will be calculated by FedEx depending on box dimensions and weight.

Returns & Replacements

The Morrison Group Inc. will accept returns on product that has been damaged or mis-shipped, within 10 days of delivery. To return a product and ensure proper credit, please call 1-800-888-1912 for a return authorization number and instructions. The Morrison Group Inc. does not pay sort and segregate, lumper or other accessory charges.

Terms for customers with approved credit: 1% 10, net 15. Customer not invoiced until goods shipped. Login Issues

If you have issues logging in, please try the following steps before contacting your sales representative:

For Internet Explorer Users:
  1. Click "Tools" in the menu bar located under the URL bar.
  2. Then, click "Delete Browsing History...".
  3. Make sure "Cookies and Website Data" is selected, then click "Delete".
  4. Restart your browser by closing completely out of Internet Explorer then launching it again. Navigate to our login page and re-enter your credentials.
For Firefox Users:
  1. Locate the menu indicated by 3 horizontal lines to the right of the search bar, then click it.
  2. Click "Options", then click "Privacy" on the left sidebar menu.
  3. Under "History", click the link "clear your recent history" then click the arrow icon next to "Details" and ensure that "Cache" and "Cookies" are selected.
  4. Then click "Clear Now".
  5. Restart your browser by closing completely out of Firefox then launching it again. Navigate to our login page and re-enter your credentials.
For Chrome Users:
  1. Locate the menu indicated by 3 horizontal lines to the right of the URL bar, then click it.
  2. Click "History" then click "Clear browsing data".
  3. Make sure that "Cookies and other site and plug-in data" and "Cached images and files" are selected, then click "Clear browsing data".
  4. Restart your browser by closing completely out of Chrome then launching it again. Navigate to our login page and re-enter your credentials.
For Safari Users (Mac):
  1. Click Safari in the upper left hand side of your screen. In the menu that appears, click Preferences.
  2. In the window that appears, click the Privacy tab. Click the button "Remove All Website Data...."
  3. Click Remove Now in the pop up window that appears.
  4. Restart your browser by clicking "Safari" in the upper left corner then clicking "Quit Safari" then open Safari again. Navigate to our login page and re-enter your credentials.
